This manual guides hospital administrators through the initial setup of OaaSIS Scheduling — creating wards, inviting ward managers, and managing members.
Quick Start
- Accept the hospital admin invitation from the Omelet team and complete account setup.
- Create wards under Ward Management.
- Invite a ward manager to each ward.
- Once the ward manager completes onboarding, scheduling operations can begin.
1. Getting Started
1.1 Account Creation
Hospital admin accounts are created via invitation links issued by the Omelet platform team. Click the link in the invitation email, then set your name and password.
Hospital admin accounts cannot be self-registered. Contact info@omelet.ai if you need an account.
1.2 Login
- Enter your email and password.
- Click Login.
2. Ward Management
Select Ward Management from the left menu. As a hospital admin, you create and manage all wards within your hospital.
2.1 Create a Ward
- Click Add Ward.
- Enter the ward name (e.g., Internal Medicine Ward 3, Surgical ICU).
- Set the scheduling cadence (e.g., 4-week cycles).
- Click Save.
2.2 Edit or Delete a Ward
- Click the edit icon in the ward list to update the name or settings.
- Exercise caution when deleting active wards to preserve historical schedule records.
3. Inviting Ward Managers
Each ward requires a ward manager (head nurse) responsible for scheduling.
3.1 Send an Invitation
- Select the ward from the ward list.
- Go to Members → Invite.
- Enter the ward manager's email and click Send Invitation.
- After accepting the invitation, the user is automatically assigned the ward manager role.
Invitation links are valid for 7 days. Resend if expired.
3.2 Check Invitation Status
- View pending and accepted invitations under the Invite tab.
- Cancel or resend invitations as needed.
4. Member Management
View and manage all ward members under the Members tab.
- Change roles: update a member's role between ward manager and standard member.
- Remove members: remove staff who have left or transferred.
- Move members: reassign a member to a different ward if needed.
5. Settings
- Update your name and password under My Profile.
- For hospital name or code changes, contact the Omelet platform team.
